Bio
Daniel N. Brogan is a director in the business bankruptcy and restructuring group at Bayard, P.A. in Wilmington, Del., where he concentrates his practice in corporate restructuring and related litigation. He has advised stakeholders of every stripe in some of the largest and most prominent bankruptcy cases in the nation — including corporate debtors, official committees, debtor-in-possession financers, secured and unsecured creditors, asset-purchasers and trustees. In addition to navigating those cases on behalf of larger clients, Mr. Brogan advises clients in the middle market and in smaller proceedings. He also regularly litigates disputes both in bankruptcy court and in other distressed commercial situations. Mr. Brogan received his B.A. in history from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2012, where he earned the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service. During his final year in law school, he clerked at the Delaware Public Defender’s Office and worked as an intern at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
