Edmond Esses

Edmond Esses, CFA, CIRA is a principal with The Brattle Group’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice in New York. He is an expert in corporate valuation and financial analysis with more than 15 years of experience advising on restructuring, distressed and special-situations matters. Mr. Esses specializes in business valuation, solvency and cash-flow analysis, capital structure assessment and complex financial modeling, and he has advised on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Esses was a senior director in the Complex Financial Situations practice at a leading global independent valuation services firm and previously worked in asset management, focusing on securities analysis and valuation. Mr. Esses received his B.B.A. in finance from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business.
