Jacob R. Broadway
Bio
Jacob R. Broadway is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of McGuireWoods, where he focuses his practice on guiding clients through complex financial distress matters, including business insolvencies, restructuring, bankruptcy and related matters. He previously clerked for Hon. Jeffery A. Deller of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Broadway is a member of ABI, the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section, the Hon. Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court and the Federalist Society. He received his B.S. from Liberty University and his J.D. from Duquesne University in 2022.
