Kristin Beilke

Kristin K. Beilke is the staff attorney at the Office of the Chapter 12 & 13 Trustee for the Western District of Wisconsin in Madison. Before her current position at the trustee’s office, she worked as counsel for both debtors and creditors in consumer and business bankruptcy cases, as well as collections matters, and practiced civil litigation. Ms. Beilke has co-authored supplement updates for the State Bar’s publication on Collection of Judgments, and Thomson West’s Wisconsin Collection Law, 2d (Vols. 12-13, Wisconsin Practice Series). She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditor’s Rights Section and ABI, and she is a board member of the International Woman’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s Wisconsin Chapter. Ms. Beilke received her B.A. in 2005 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. in 2010 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
