Luka Miladinovic
Luka Miladinovic, CFA is a senior manager with The Michel-Shaked Group in Boston and has nearly a decade of experience advising legal counsel, corporations and financial institutions on complex matters involving bankruptcy, valuation, solvency, damages assessment, credit ratings and securities disputes. He has provided financial analysis and litigation support in high stakes matters, with recent trial experience including cases involving Janssen, Chesapeake Energy, NORD LB and Panera Bread. Mr. Miladinovic is the co author of “Comparable Companies: If It Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix It” (with Israel Shaked) and “Common Valuation Errors: The DCF Methodology” (with B. Orelowitz), both published in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. He received his B.S.B.A. in finance summa cum laude from Boston University.
