Bio
Michael J. Maloney is the managing partner of the Watton Law Group which has offices in Milwaukee, St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City and Little Rock, Ark. Watton Law Group is one of the largest filers of chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the country. Mr. Maloney was included in the 30th edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights and Litigation – Bankruptcy. He also is the NACBA Circuit Leader for the Seventh Circuit and has spoken at several national conferences on various issues pertaining to chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Maloney is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Wisconsin, Missouri, Virgina and Utah, as well as in the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Wisconsin, Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, District of Utah, Southern District of Illinois, District of Kansas and District of Colorado. He received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Marquette University in 2001 and 2004, respectively.
