Bio
Sara McNamara is a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, SCs Banking and Finance, Litigation, Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy practices in Waukesha, Wis., where she focuses her practice on commercial lending and insolvency transactions. She provides legal counsel in relation to corporate governance, capital-formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and purchases and finance transactions for both public and private companies, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings and mezzanine financings. She also represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, restructurings, receiverships and other troubled-debt transactions, including the sale and purchase of distressed businesses. Ms. McNamara received her B.S. magna cum laude from Marquette University and her J.D. magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as editor in chief of the Marquette Law Review.
