Bio

Todd Budgen is a sole practitioner at Budgen Law in Longwood, Fla., where he brings nearly two decades of legal experience to clients across the Orlando metropolitan area. His practice spans litigation, transactional law, and general civil and business matters, with a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy — including numerous jury trials. Before launching his legal career, Mr. Budgen held roles in several technology companies, as well as an internship at the White House. He began his legal work as an associate at Florida’s largest technology-focused law firm, later serving as an Assistant State Attorney. Mr. Budgen is a member of MENSA, a former director of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. His bankruptcy practice includes multiple reported decisions and individual cases involving claims exceeding $14 million. Mr. Budgen received his Bachelor’s degree in speech from Northwestern University, and his J.D. and Master’s in management from Syracuse University.
