Bio

Amanda L. Haugland is an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver, where her practice focuses on representing clients across the U.S. in all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights matters, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, loan workouts, judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, and receivership actions across various industries. Ms. Haugland assists clients navigating financial distress, including guiding companies through complex chapter 11 reorganizations, advising creditors on maximizing recoveries, or litigating disputes that arise in distressed situations. She is an active ABI member and currently serves as the Newsletter Editor for the Emerging Leaders Committee. She is also involved with the Turnaround Management Association’s Rocky Mountain Chapter and has previously served as a panelist. Ms. Haugland is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. She received her B.S. in business administration from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
