Ameneh Bordi
Bio
Ameneh Bordi is a senior managing associate in Sidley Austin LLP’s Washington, D.C., office, where she concentrates her practice on overseeing the execution of complex, high-stakes restructurings. She advises clients on all facets of chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings, with experience spanning sophisticated company- and creditor-side representations in some of the most prominent chapter 11 cases. Before joining Sidley, Ms. Bordi was a restructuring associate at a leading global law firm, where she played a central role in numerous high-profile restructurings. She also served as in-house counsel at a major technology company, supporting the global expansion and public policy initiatives of its cloud division. Ms. Bordi received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was admitted to the Order of the Coif and served as a staff editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.
