Anthony J. Manhart is a shareholder at Perkins Thompson in Portland, Maine, and a member of its Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Construction Law, Litigation, Banking & Financial Services, and Business & Corporate Law practice groups. He represents chapter 7 trustees and various parties in formal insolvency and collection proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Mr. Manhart has experience in consumer and commercial banking matters in bankruptcy courts throughout New England. He also serves on the panel of chapter 7 trustees for the District of Maine and has acted as trustee in chapter 11 and chapter 12 cases.
