Ashley F. Morgan is a bankruptcy and debt attorney, a consumer finance expert, and founder of Ashley F. Morgan Law, PC in Chantilly, Va. Admitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Bar, she is also licensed in the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Morgan has devoted the majority of her practice to representing individuals and small business owners facing serious financial challenges. She handles chapter 7 and 3 filings, tax debt resolution, creditor negotiations and nonbankruptcy alternatives. She regularly works with high-income households, government employees and business owners navigating complex debt, tax and credit issues. Ms. Morgan is regularly quoted in national media as a trusted voice on bankruptcy, debt, credit and consumer finance.
