Betsy Feldman

Betsy Feldman is a restructuring associate with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, and distressed-asset acquisitions. She represents debtors and creditors in chapter 11 proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Feldman’s clients span a variety of industries and include publicly traded and private companies. She has been instrumental in several major restructurings, due in part to her wide-ranging experience. Before joining Willkie, Ms. Feldman worked at a leading Delaware law firm, where she oversaw multiple significant chapter 11 filings on both the company and creditor side. She was a participant in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges’ 2025 Next Generation Program. Ms. Feldman received her undergraduate degree in 2012 from Columbia University and her J.D. in 2017 from Boston University.
