Bret R. Evans

Bret R. Evans is a partner with Snell & Wilmer, LLP in Salt Lake City, where he focuses his practice in high-stakes litigation, including complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. He also regularly seeks creative solutions for his clients’ problems in reorganizations, workouts, foreclosures and receiverships, including through fraudulent/voidable transfer litigation and replevin actions.
