Clare Moylan

Clare Moylan, CFA, CIRA is a co-founder and principal of Gibbins Advisors, LLC in Nashville, Tenn., a consulting and restructuring advisory firm that specializes in the health care sector. She has more than 20 years of experience and has has built her career helping organizations under pressure to stabilize, evaluate their options, and execute programs that restore both financial health and operational stability. Ms. Moylan works with a broad range of clients on both the company side — including hospitals, health care systems and service providers — and the lender side, advising secured creditors, landlords and investor groups navigating distressed or complex situations. Her experience spans the full spectrum of health care delivery: primary care, acute hospitals, skilled nursing, hospice, physician practices, senior living and home health. She also has held senior executive and operational roles, giving her firsthand insight into the realities health care organizations face. Ms. Moylan co-chairs ABI’s Health Care Committee and serves as deputy chair on the board of The Skin Hospital, a nonprofit dermatology organization dedicated to clinical excellence, physician education, and advancing the specialty through clinical trials and research. She received her B.B.A./Bachelor of Laws with first-class honors from Macquarie University, and she holds a Master Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University.
