Bio
Clarissa Brady is an associate with Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Phoenix and represents a diverse range of clients in complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including unsecured creditors’ committees, corporate debtors, trustees, receivers, lessors, and assignees. Her practice covers all aspects of bankruptcy and financial distress, from wind-downs and asset sales to claim objections and adversary proceedings. She has significant experience managing multi-jurisdictional disputes involving fraudulent transfers, preferences, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Clarissa also advises clients on the sale and acquisition of assets in distressed situations, including transactions under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. In addition to her restructuring work, she maintains an active commercial litigation practice, representing clients in a variety of business disputes. Additionally, Clarissa grew up in the Marshall Islands and brings a global perspective to her practice and client relationships.
