Bio
Dania Slim is a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw & Pittman LLP in Palm Beach, Fla., and New York, where she focuses her practice on insolvency and restructuring, chapter 15, cross-border and international insolvency, distressed M&A real estate, Latin America distressed real estate, aviation, aerospace and transportation, health care insolvency and restructuring, and energy. Selected as a “Rising Star” by Law360 and listed in The Best Layers in America and in Super Lawyers, a significant portion of her practice also focuses on Latin America. Ms. Slim is a 2020 honoree of ABI’s “40 Under 40” program. She received her B.A. cum laude in 2005 from Florida International University and her J.D. in 2008 from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as executive editor of the George Washington University Law Review.
