Dara Silveira

Dara Levinson Silveira’s practice focuses on complex bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Silveira also has significant experience with business litigation outside of the insolvency context, and has represented plaintiffs and defendants across various industries in federal and state courts. She also has represented significant constituencies, including both debtors and creditors, in corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Ms. Silveira currently serves as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Council for the Northern District of California. She also speaks frequently on bankruptcy-related matters, and is currently the Chair of IWIRC’s Northern California Network and the Education Co-Chair of the ABI’s Commercial Law & Regulatory Section.
