David B. Golubchik
Bio
David B. Golubchik is a partner with Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P. in its Los Angeles office and focuses his practice on business reorganization and bankruptcy. His representative industries include construction and real estate, aerospace, publishing, apparel, food, beverages, restaurants, and other wholesale, retail and service operations both domestically and internationally. A prolific author and speaker on bankruptcy issues, Mr. Golubchik he has been honored annually since 2005 in Super Lawyers. A native of Kiev, Ukraine, he is fluent in Russian. Mr. Golubchik received his B.A. in economics with an emphasis in computer programming from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1992 and his J.D. in 1996 from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Reorganization in Bankruptcy, was vice chair of the Moot Court Board and was vice magistrate of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal fraternity.
