Bio
Deanne M. Koll is an attorney and shareholder at Bakke Norman, S.C. in Menomonie, Wis., where her practice includes assisting clients with analyzing and litigating creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, complex commercial collections, state insolvency proceedings and out-of-court business reorganizations. She is a former Treasurer for the State Bar of Wisconsin, a former chair of IWIRC-Wisconsin, and the current vice-chair of the Wisconsin Law Foundations. The Wisconsin Supreme Court has twice appointed Ms. Koll to the Board of Administrative oversight for the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. Super Lawyers has recognized her as a “Rising Star” every year since 2010 and as a “Super Lawyer” every year, beginning in 2022. Ms. Koll is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her J.D. cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2006.
