Elizabeth M. Lally

Elizabeth M. Lally is a Complex Restructuring and Bankruptcy attorney with Lally Legal Group, LLC in Omaha, Neb., where she focuses her practice on complex bankruptcy and related litigation. During the course of her career, she has represented trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors in possession, and unsecured creditor committees in complex chapter 7 and 11 cases. Ms. Lally is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, Indiana and Illinois, and also serves as a subchapter V trustee for Region 12. She received her B.A. cum laude in English from Bradley University in 1999 and her J.D. in 2005 from DePaul University College of Law.
