Elizabeth Zachem Woodward
Bio
Elizabeth Zachem Woodward, CPA, CFF, CFE is Forensic and Valuation Services director and Lexington Market Leader at Dean Dorton in Lexington, Ky. She has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and currently serves as the chair of Dean Dorton’s board of directors. Ms. Woodward is a leader on the firm’s Forensic and Valuation Services team, which specializes in bankruptcy accounting matters, litigation support and forensic accounting services. She has served in several fiduciary roles, including CRO, receiver and fee examiner. Ms. Woodward has acted as a compliance ethics monitor/independent monitor of a rural electric cooperative, reporting to two branches of the federal government. She has testified in state and federal courts and currently serves as a subchapter V trustee. Previously, Ms. Woodward worked in KPMG’s audit group for six years. She received her M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting from the University of Kentucky.
