Bio

Fred Stevens, CFE is a partner with Klestadt Winters Jureller Southard & Stevens, LLP in New York. He is a professional fiduciary and commercial restructuring lawyer whose practice focuses on the representation of trustees, debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy cases, debt restructurings and related litigation, with a focus on Ponzi schemes and similar frauds. Mr. Stevens also routinely serves as a bankruptcy trustee, examiner, plan administrator and receiver in cases throughout the country. He is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Texas, and before the Districts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York, the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Stevens received his B.S. in finance in 1996 from St. John’s University, and his J.D. in 1999, from St. John’s University School of Law.
