Gerard Thomas Cicero

Gerard T. Cicero is a partner in Brown Rudnick LLP’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group in New York. He represents tort victims, bondholders, foreign representatives, official and ad hoc committees of creditors and equity interest-holders, as well as post-confirmation trustees in some of the leading chapter 11 and 15 cases across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, manufacturing, medical devices, automotive, utilities, cryptocurrency and health care. Mr. Cicero has represented tort committees seeking redress for victims of California fires, opioids, talc, asbestos, defective airbags and improper marketing of e-cigarettes, among many others. He received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
