Holland N. ONeil
Holland N. O’Neil is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP in Dallas and has more than 35 years of experience in financial restructuring and reorganization. She practices in Texas, Delaware and other jurisdictions across the U.S., and her practice focuses primarily on corporate restructurings, where she assists clients in complex bankruptcies, restructurings and workouts, acquisitions of distressed assets, and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. O’Neil represents clients in all aspects of turnarounds, financial restructurings and reorganizations across a broad range of industries, including electric cooperatives and utilities, e-commerce, equipment suppliers, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas and energy, real estate, restaurants and food service franchises, retail, technology, telecommunications and transportation. Immediately prior to its 2018 merger with Foley, Holland served as Chair of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. Ms. O’Neil received her undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Texas Tech Law Review.
