Hon. Benjamin P. Hursh

Hon. Benjamin P. Hursh is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Montana in Butte. He was appointed to the bench in 2017. Prior to his appointment, Judge Hursh practiced law in Missoula, Mont., where he was a partner at Crowley Fleck PLLP, focusing on bankruptcy and commercial matters. Judge Hursh earned his B.A. from Montana State University and his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law.
