Hon. Brenda Kay Martin
Bio
The Honorable Brenda K. Martin is a judge on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. She was appointed to the bench by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on May 1, 2014. Before joining the court, Judge Martin practiced law at Osborn Maledon in Phoenix. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Willamette University in 1987 and her J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 1990. She has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 1990.
