Bio
Jack Dougherty is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department at Cole Schotz P.C. in Wilmington, Del. He advises clients in complex chapter 11 matters, including the representation of debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, significant creditors, asset-purchasers, and parties to adversary proceedings. Mr. Dougherty received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as executive managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
