Bio
Jason Keyes, CFA, CPA is a partner and managing director with AlixPartners, LLP in New York and has more than 15 years of turnaround, corporate finance and restructuring experience. He has advised companies and investors across a variety of sectors and situations, from start-ups to large multinational organizations. Mr. Keyes’s experience spans such industries as technology, transportation, retail, energy, aerospace and infrastructure. He is experienced in the areas of business plan development, performance improvement and the evaluation of strategic alternatives. Mr. Keyes was listed in Turnarounds & Workouts’ 2020 list of People to Watch—Business Professionals Making Their Mark. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and his Master’s in accounting from the College of William & Mary.
