Jeremy Stroiman

Jeremy Stroiman is the CEO and co-owner of Evans Senior Investments in Denver, a brokerage firm he founded with his twin brother Jason in 2009. Focused solely on the long-term-care asset class, ESI has valued more than $30 billion in skilled nursing and seniors housing assets across the country, and successfully completed more than $3.5 billion in transactions since its inception. With over a decade of experience in the seniors housing industry, as well as numerous prior positions in sales and marketing leadership roles, Mr. Stroiman runs ESI’s Denver office and is responsible for continuing ESI’s presence across the nation. He closed over $300M in transaction volume last year. Mr. Stroiman received his undergraduate degree in business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
