Jesse C. DelConte, CFE is a partner and managing director with AlixPartners, LLP in New York, where he focuses on leading distressed companies through both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He has more than 15 years of restructuring and financial advisory experience across a multitude of industries, including technology, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and business and industrial services. Mr. DelConte’s experience covers all areas of the restructuring process, including cash-flow modeling, business plan development, plan negotiations, due diligence, valuation, bankruptcy reporting and sale of assets. He received his B.S. with distinction in commerce from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
