Jesse I. Redlener

Jesse I. Redlener is a co-managing member of Ascendant Law Group LLC (ALG) in Andover, Mass., where he focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, out-of-court workouts and insolvency-related litigation. His practice includes primarily complex bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, as well as out-of-court wind-down proceedings. Mr. Redlener represents debtors, creditors’ committees, institutional lenders, landlords, corporate and individual creditors. Prior to forming ALG, he worked both in large and mid-sized firms in Boston and served a two-year appointment as a law clerk for Hon. Henry J. Boroff (ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Redlener is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire. Mr. Redlener received his B.A. in 1996 magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and his J.D. in 2000 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
