Jonathan David Warner
Jonathan David Warner is co-founder and managing partner of Warner & Warner, PLLC, in Albany, N.Y., and focuses his practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense and mortgage modification/loss mitigation. Following law school, he was a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court, where he clerked for Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn, and subsequently with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York, where he clerked for Hon. Robert E. Littlefield, Jr. Mr. Warner is passionate about providing pro bono services to members of the Capital Region community. In recognition of his pro bono efforts, he was awarded the 2014 Kurt Clobridge Memorial Award for Pro Bono Service and the 2017 Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award by The Legal Project. Mr. Warner has been awarded multiple Top Contributor Award from Avvo.com. He also was awarded the Who’s Who in America Distinction in 2019 and further recognized as a 2020 Rising Stars Honoree. Mr. Warner received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, where he participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Team, served as an elected student leader in two student organizations, and worked as the senior research assistant at the law school’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
