Matthew J. LoCascio

Matthew LoCascio is a principal with SC&H Capital, Inc. in Columbia, Md., where he provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory to private and public businesses. With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, he has worked on hundreds of client engagements that involve refinancing and sale transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. Mr. LoCascio is an active ABI member and previously chaired its Asset Sales Committee. He has been a speaker on panels related to special-situations sales, published in the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Journal for Corporate Renewal, and testified in numerous courts regarding sales process and procedure. Mr. LoCascio was previously named an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor, and three deals he managed have won the Consumer Products Restructuring of the Year, Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year and Turnaround of the Year from the Global M&A Network. He is a FINRA Registered Investment Banking Representative (Series 79). Mr. LoCascio received his Bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of Pennsylvania.
