Micah G. Hardy

Micah G. Hardy is an associate with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP in Denver, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including complex chapter 11 cases and distressed transactions. His experience includes drafting substantive pleadings, analyzing financial and operational issues, and preparing materials to support critical decision-making during reorganizations. Before joining Brownstein, Mr. Hardy gained experience in bankruptcy law at a consumer-focused firm, where he managed a high-volume caseload and advocated for clients facing financial challenges. He is a member of ABI and the Turnaround Management Association, and he serves on the board of directors of the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association. Mr. Hardy received his B.A. in 2019 magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. in 2022 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
