Michael S. Neiburg

Michael S. Neiburg is a partner with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP in Wilmington, Del, and litigates complex commercial disputes before Delaware’s courts, primarily in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He represents debtors and other parties in interest in connection with a wide range of high-stakes bankruptcy litigation, including contested plan confirmations, requests for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctive relief, avoidance actions and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He also has experience serving as counsel to the legal representatives for future claimants in mass tort chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Neiburg is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. He recieved his B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. with honors from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
