A. Michelle Hart-Ippoliti is a partner with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP in Roswell, Ga., where she manages its Georgia bankruptcy federal court practice and the firm’s Motion practice area. She represents and counsels institutional lenders, national, regional and local residential mortgage lenders and servicers, and other secured creditors on a wide variety of matters arising during chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcies. Her matters of expertise include prosecuting stay-relief actions, abusive bankruptcy filings, real estate foreclosure, dispossession/asset recovery, lien priority, loss mitigation, loan cramdowns, compliance, insurance loss, escrow issues, title defects, lender liability, and other complex consumer and nonconsumer bankruptcy issues. Ms. Hart-Ippoliti received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Georgia State University and her J.D. in 2003 from Georgia State University College of Law.
