
Mr. Bruce B. Bingham
Bruce B. Bingham, FRICS, FASA is a managing director of Berkeley Research Group, LLC in New York and has nearly 30 years of experience in the areas of business valuation and financial feasibility, as well as business planning, investigative due-diligence and litigation consulting. He has served as an expert witness in numerous federal and state civil and bankruptcy trials and in ar- bitrations. Mr. Bingham has experience valuing and representing companies in strategic planning, solvency matters, transactions, accounting-related matters, and fraud and disaster-based damages, as well as diminution in value. He has provided valuations of private-equity portfolio companies and hedge funds, and has testified in numerous state and federal venues. Mr. Bingham is past chair of the RICS-Americas Valuation Council and a past governor and chair of ASA's International Edu- cation and Business Valuation Committees. He also served as chair of the workgroup writing the International Valuation Standards Committee's first discussion paper on Valuing Intangible Assets and Intellectual Property. Mr. Bingham has testified on valuation and damages in many venues, in- cluding the Chancery Court of Delaware and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and is a retired brigadier general with the U.S. Army. He received his B.A. in English from Rutgers College and his Master's degree in public and private management in the Charter Class of the Yale School of Organization and Management.
