
Mr. Bryan C. Bacon
Bryan C. Bacon is Of Counsel with Evans & Dixon, L.L.C. in Columbia, Mo., where he focuses on representing both creditors and borrowers in a wide array of commercial distressed-lending environments, including out-of-court workouts and actions to enforce creditors' rights. He has also represented various constituent groups in chapter 11 proceedings, including employees, unions, equity-holders and landlords, and has represented both debtors and purchasers in ¤ 363 sales. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bacon served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. David P. McDonald of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is an ABI member. Mr. Bacon has been listed as a Missouri-Kansas Super Lawyer for 2013, 2014 and 2015. He received his B.S. magna cum laude in economics from Truman State University and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
