Devon J. Eggert is a shareholder with Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C. in Milwaukee, where he focuses on debtor/creditor rights, commercial and business litigation, and reorganization and receivership proceedings. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois, and before the U.S. DistrictCourts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois,Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, District of Colorado, Northern District of Ohio and District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
