Donald D. Allen is an attorney with Markus Williams Young & Zimmermann LLC in Denver, where he represents secured creditors, asset-purchasers, debtors, creditors' committees, trustees and various governmental entities in workouts, restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and commercial real estate matters.
