Mr. Guy Brian Humphries

Guy B. Humphries is in private practice in Denver, where he focuses on bankruptcy litigation and represents chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 debtors. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1980 and clerked for Hon. Aurel Kelly in the Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Humphries then worked in a general private practice in Grand Junction, Colo., until moving to a boutique firm in Nashville, Tenn., focused on com- mercial bankruptcy. Mr. Humphries is a member of ABI and NACBA and has been involved with efforts to amend Colorado's exemption statues. He received his B.S. in political science from Colorado College in 1976 and his J.D. from Boston University in 1980.
