Mr. James F. Molleur

James F. Molleur is the managing member of Molleur Law Office in Saco, Maine, and concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, primarily representing consumer and small business debtors. He has lectured and written materials on bankruptcy issues for ABI, the Maine State Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is alsoBoard Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Molleur isa member of the York County and Maine State Bar Associations, ABI and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He was admitted to the Maine and Federal District Courts in 1979, the First Circuit in 1998, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2010, and he was inducted into the AmericanCollege of Bankruptcy in 2018. Mr. Molleur received his B.A. in economics magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 1979.
