Mr. Jason P. Smalarz

Jason P. Smalarz is an associate with Gold Lange & Majoros, P.C. in Southfield, Mich., where his practice focuses primarily on representing debtors, creditors and trustees in all consumer bankruptcy matters. He also focuses on small business bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, as well as state court collection and workout matters. Mr. Smalarz is admitted to practice in the state of Michigan and the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of ABI and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, and was named a "Rising Star" by Michigan Super Lawyers from 2013-15. Mr. Smalarz received his B.B.A. cum laude with a concentration in financial analysis from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003, his M.B.A. from Wayne State University in 2006 and his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2007.
