Mr. Kenneth M. Krys

Kenneth M. Krys is the executive chairman and founder of KRyS Global in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and specializes in insolvency and fraud investigations, having chased and recovered in excess of $1 billion for victims of white collar crime. His efforts have resulted in many precedents and new case law in the areas of cross-border recognition, asset recovery and international litigation. Previously, he served as the head of enforcement for the local financial services regulator. Mr. Krys is a member of the International Insolvency Institute (III) and Cayman's exclusive insolvency ex- pert for Legal's Finest, he is invited annually to speak as a guest lecturer at New York University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
