Mr. Kevin P. Clancy

Kevin Clancy is a Partner in CohnReznick Advisory's Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice. With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, restructuring, forensic investigations, and litigation support, he advises clients in complex bankruptcy, insolvency, and financial dispute matters. Kevin has served in a variety of court-appointed and fiduciary roles, including liquidating trustee, examiner, special master, and independent board member, and has testified as an expert in bankruptcy and state courts throughout the United States. He holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Accounting from The Catholic University of America and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
