Mr. Mark S. Middlemas

Mark S. Middlemas is a shareholder with Lundberg & Associates, PC in Salt Lake City, where his practice focuses on bankruptcy-resolution strategies for mortgage lenders and consumer retailers in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. He served as the president of the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum from 2013-17 and is a member of the Utah Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee. Previously, Mr. Middlemas practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, collections, real property and bankruptcy. From 2004-08, he acted as the bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation attorney for Castle, Meinhold and Stawiarski. Mr. Middlemas received his J.D. from Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2001.
