Mr. Mark V. Bossi

Mark V. Bossi is a partner in the St. Louis, Mo., firm of Thompson Coburn LLP, where he co-chairs the firm?s Financial Restructuring Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors? rights and commercial litigation, and has served as lead insolvency counsel to virtually all parties-in-interest in chapter 11 cases, debt-enforcement lawsuits, out-of-court work-outs and inter creditor disputes. Mr. Bossi is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, is a Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyer and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which named him St.Louis Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law Lawyer of theYear for 2016, 2018 and 2020. In addition, Lawdragon listed him to its inaugural 2020 Lawdragon list of the 500 leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers. Mr. Bossi is an active member and former ABI director. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Mr. Bossi received his B.A. and B.S. from the University of Kansas in 1984 and his J.D. in 1987 from GeorgeWashington University.
