Mr. Matthew Murphey Holtsinger

Matthew M. Holtsinger is an associate attorney at Kass Shuler, P.A. in Tampa, Fla., where he focuses primarily on the representation of mortgage creditors and automobile lenders in consumer and commer- cial bankruptcy cases throughout Florida. He is experienced in handling routine and litigated bankruptcy matters, including valuation proceedings, mortgage-modification mediations and real estate litigation, among others. Mr. Holtsinger has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2017 and is admit- ted to practice in federal court in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida and the Hillsborough County Bar Associations, as well as the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and ABI. Mr. Holtsinger received his B.A. in history from Stetson University in 2006 and his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2011.
