Mr. Michael Genereux

Michael Genereux is a partner in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group at PJT Partners Inc. in New York. He has worked on a wide range of restructuring and special situation assignments for companies, ad hoc creditor groups, official creditor committees, corporate board committees, and acquirers and sellers of distressed assets. He has also provided expert witness testimony in bankruptcy cases on valuation, capital structure and other financial matters. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Genereux worked at Blackstone for 13 years and served as a senior managing director. Before that, he was with\nCredit Suisse First Boston in its media and telecom group, Merrill Lynch & Co., Barclays, PepsiCo and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Genereux received his B.S. from the School of Business at Wake Forest University, where he also is on the Board of Visitors, and his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University.
